This policy explains what Stripeshow collects and how that information is used. The product is still evolving, so this page may be refined as features mature.
Information we collect
- Account and profile details such as email, username, authentication status, handedness, avatar, profile image, and saved preferences.
- Practice setup details such as game type, ball count, stock carry distances, club bag, handedness, voice choice, wind setting, shot-shape setting, and attempt tracking.
- Range-round data such as generated scenarios, selected clubs, shot outcomes, penalties, target misses, shot shapes, strike notes, tries, scorecards, streaks, points, coach reads, and practice history.
- Membership and billing details such as waitlist signups, selected plan, billing status, and records needed to manage membership access.
- App and device data such as cookies, device/browser information, logs, analytics events, and session replay data when analytics are enabled.
How we use information
We use this information to create range rounds, tune club recommendations, generate voice narration, save progress, show practice history, build adaptive next buckets, troubleshoot issues, manage memberships, protect accounts, understand product usage, and improve the quality of future sessions.
Service providers
Stripeshow may use trusted providers for important parts of the service, including sign-in, email delivery, payment processing and billing, voice narration, hosting, logging, and product analytics.
Narration text and selected voice settings may be shared with a narration provider so audio can be prepared. Payment details are handled by a payment processor rather than stored directly by Stripeshow.
Cookies and analytics
The app uses cookies for sessions, sign-in, security, and guest access. Analytics may be used to understand how people move through the product and where the experience needs improvement.
Session replay may be used to diagnose broken flows and confusing screens. Sensitive form details and private links are masked or redacted where possible before analytics data is sent.
Your choices
You can choose what information to provide in your profile, bag, voice selection, and practice setup. You may also choose to play as a guest until guest access requires sign-up.
